Once Upon A Time in LA, a music festival, took place in Exposition Park yesterday ; and all was festive until one of the performers in the lineup was fatally stabbed backstage before 9 o'clock in the evening

when the headliner , Snoop Dogg , also a L.A. native , was informed of the incident , he immediately fled the premises and the concert was shut down

this morning , the young man , born Darrell Caldwell , was pronounced dead . he was only 28 years of age..
